- These recipes have been noted as heart healthy with the following criteria Entrees (10 grams of total fat or less, 5 grams of saturated fat or less, 5 grams of dietary fiber or more, 400 milligrams of sodium or less) and for other recipes such as Soups & Side Dishes (5 grams of total fat or less
- of foods that are low in fats and sodium and other ingredients that may foster heart disease
- Diet food (or dietetic food) refers to any food or drink whose recipe has been altered in some way to make it part of a body modification diet.
- This food labeling term denotes the product has less than 3g of fat in a given size of serving.
- 3 g or less per reference amount (and per 50 g if reference amount is small).
- Restrict oneself to small amounts or special kinds of food in order to lose weight
- follow a regimen or a diet, as for health reasons; "He has high blood pressure and must stick to a low-salt diet"
- a legislative assembly in certain countries (e.g., Japan)
- a prescribed selection of foods

So I'm on this new healthy kick; I really hope it lasts. I went to the gym, ate well portioned healthy meals, and had blueberries to snack on while I studied today. Before today I was always kinda "mehhh" on the subject of blueberries. But today, I don't know what happened, I fell in love with them. Mmmmmm.
